Walmart will be holding a Dora the Explorer 10th Birthday celebration on August 14th at participating Walmart Supercenters with bakeries.  The event will be from 11am-4pm in the toy department.  They will be giving away free cupcakes and photo cards (bring in your favorite digital or physical to create a free 5x7 photo card).  To see if your store is participating, click here.
